We have a in house personal training studio (located in Lutz, Florida - Serving Lutz, Land O'Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Pasco & Tampa, Florida areas) - staffed with amazing personal trainers. If you can't travel to the studio, we offer a wide variety of personal training services (email, phone appointment, video, etc.) to accommodate your goals - and soon to be released is our Online Personal Trainer Programs.

Also, we give weight loss, health & fitness seminars in the area and we post many of the videos online for your viewing pleasure. Live video webinars are in our future.
